Registration

Registration for ICSOS 2025 is open.
  • The registration fee is 4850 SEK (440 Euros), including tax. 
  • The registration fee is the same for all participants at the conference.
  • The conference fee includes one whole day of social and celebration activities (food and refreshments are included), a three-day conference, coffee breaks and lunches during the three conference days, and one conference dinner.
  • The conference proceedings will be distributed as a PDF file.

(Updated 250605) Registration due dates
  • Presenting author of a paper: August 1st (note: the paper will be removed from the program if at least one of the authors/the presenting author has not registered by this date).
  • Full and guaranteed participation in all conference activities (including the activity on August 31st): 13th of August.
NOTE:
  • Participants who register after August 13th will not be able to join the activity on August 31st.
  • Participants who register after August 27th will not be able to join the activity on August 31st or the conference dinner on September 2nd.
